P.O.M stands by our Merchandise, if you find you are unhappy with your purchase or

the items are delivered to you with a manufacturing defect, we will be glad to give you a refund or exchange. We ask that refunds or exchanges be made within 30 days.
No monogrammed or custom pieces may be returned or exchanged.

Returning or Exchanging at Item by mail:
You may return items to the address below. We ask that you return items using a traceable method. Once we receive
the package, we will promptly exchange or refund the item for you. On return items we do ask that you pay the return postage.

If you do not have the packing slip or receipt, please include:
Your name.
Name of Person who purchased item if given as a gift.
Approximate date of purchase.
The shipping and handling charges listed are for standard
ground delivery and do not include additional charges for express delivery.
Most purchases are shipped within 7 business days, but items from our suppliers may take longer. Please allow up to two weeks additional delivery time for all monogrammed and custom items.

Standard Delivery and Handling Charges
There will be a flat shipping rate of $2.50 per item.
Shipping Charges do not apply to wholesale orders.
Packages may be sent to the billing address or a different address as well. This is a great option if sending a gift, items to camp or straight to a college campus.
Shipping addresses will be selected during checkout.
Payment Options
We gladly accept Visa, Master card, Amex, and Pay pal.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping and handling fees for orders shipped within Georgia.
